Christmas Love

FMI Motto for 10 Years Has Been "Love In Action"...

What a fitting motto for all of our lives this Christmas Season. Mitzu was the one who thought of this way back when she first did an organized outreach to the backside of the Island of Mindoro 10 years ago. She was a pioneer who ventured out with just a couple of friends and a couple of cousins. FMI came into being as simply a response to the need of those in the rural village area of that island. She had only one supporter and not much encouragement from others.

Her Grandmother and Grandfather were the inspiration to her and passed on their vision of reaching out... their vision of Christ's 'Love in Action' to those far away from any other organization that could assist them. That is how it all began... from hearts of love.

We would like to thank all of you for your love, encouragement, prayers and support this past year. You are the real hands and feet of Jesus going to places where others will not. Thank you.

Youth Service

It's true that if you long and desire more of God He will give you more than what you ask. Our Youth Service today was indeed what most young people need to experience again and again.

During our Youth service God answered my prayer for the youths. The Holy Spirit touched everyone of us through the Word and continuously moved in our hearts as we worshiped Him through songs.

And what made my joy complete is when I saw our 2 new youths from Pabahay enjoying the presence of the Lord; they cried out in a loud voice to God.

After the service I heard them testifying to others what they have just experienced and desiring for more of that new experience.

This is my dream and vision for this coming Christmas..

Now we see that many people are hungry, homeless, broken families. All these people are in need of real care and Love.

So, we need to express the true meaning of Christmas. My Dream is I would like to be a part of their lives that they never forget and they felt there is a God who has Loved them...

This is a big opportunity to share 'JESUS' specially for those people who don't yet know Jesus in their Lives...I am one of the channel of blessing for these people...God help Us...

Marigold, Nashville and Danica continue to excell in all their ministry activities. They want to be missionaries and have wholly dedicated their lives to the Lord. This past year they miraculously learned musical instruments so well that they formed a worship team and held two youth concerts. Go "Girl Power"!!! Marigold is the 'sparker' that keeps everyone encouraged (as well as all her other ministries) and she also does all the 'live' broadcasting of the Sunday services to the rest of the world. Keep on keeping on girls!!!

Anabelle's Dream

What Can We Do For Chirstmas? If God tells me to dare to dream this Christmas in response to Isaiah 58:7, I'll volunteer myself to help others because i believe volunteering my time to help the poor does not cost any money. I love the community and i want to help make it a better place to live. Like simple ways to make them happy this Christmas. I know the best way to help them is by offering them a free meal. We can let them feel that God loves them so much and i'll share the good news to them..

Next is, we'll give them seeds and start a garden growing vegetables and fruit that the poor can use.. Also I can be a big sister to them especially to those who have big number of members in their family but they don't feel their sister or brother's love and care..

I also want to tutor kids in homeless shelters who have missed school and lastly, and then bring old clothes from the other members of church. They can be collected and given to the poor instead of burning or dumping them.

In this way i can make a difference in the community..I know There's nothing impossible With God if we believe..i claim this things to happen, and i receive it in Jesus name.

For those of you asking about Danica who was adopted by us and the FMI Mission Center this year... She is doing wonderful (as you can see below) and now doing great in school as well as being a vital help in the ministry of the church. Thank you Danica keep up the good work!

Street Kids at Christmas:

I want to be God's feet & hands & share God's love to the street kids whom everyday are walking on the street and in the market & everywhere you can see them begging.

Even though they are uncivilized I want them to feel that they are loved. Because mostly people don't deal with them in a nice way. They are being beaten & untreated well. I want them to feel God's goodness, favor, love, mercy, grace & blessing.

It is not only for us but also for them even though they are like that. I want them to feel the essence of this Christmas. Through sharing something what we have... the food & the used clothes that we have.

Even though many people don't appreciate them, we'll be the first to appreciate them because I know God loves them too. God has a great plan for their lives.

We want God's heart beat to be our heart beat ... And by the help of the Lord we will learn to love & care for those He loves & cares for...

Training Center News:

“Is this not the fast that I (the LORD) have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke? 7 Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh?” Isaiah 58:6-7 NKJV

Our dream is that there will be a stable move of God in the Philippines & Asia with stable ministers. This will take place as stable ministers are trained in the Word of God and the Spirit of God along with how to live daily in faith and victory. This is the vision of our new Bible school & ministry training center.

We dream & desire to train those individuals that the LORD has called to serve HIM and minister to those to whom God is sending them. We dream of training ministers to fulfill Isaiah 58 as they come into the fullness of the Holy Spirit moving in and through their lives. Just as Jesus was anointed by the Holy Spirit and the power of God, Acts 10:38, so are we called to be anointed and filled with the Holy Spirit, Acts 1:8.

As we are trained and learn the ways and acts of God, Psalm 103:7. We dream to see ministers of God trained to understand and know who they are in Christ, Romans 8:37 and Colossians 1:27. We dream of training GOD’s servants to know that they are filled with the Holy Spirit & His anointing and to realize that “The Spirit of the LORD is upon me - (Put your name here), because He has anointed me –To preach the gospel to the poor; HE has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, the year of the LORD’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19)

We dream to help effectively train those who will yield to the Holy Spirit that HE is the One doing the mighty acts of God in and through them, Romans 8:11. This we will do with the LORD’s help.
