An Overview
ABC International is part of an association of non-profit educational centres founded in New York State, USA with training centres in Moscow, St. Petersburg Russia, Cyprus, Asia and California. The aim of forming the association was to offer professional business / trade programs & services, as well as goal-oriented corporate educational training. In addition, each International Center offers a multinational environment where experts in a variety of industries and from various countries share their knowledge and services.
The Moscow office and training centre has been operating since 1990, and is registered with and accredited by the Moscow government. Our headquarters office & training centre is where our courses are organised and taught, as well as our base for sending out teachers and trainers to many different client sites.
There are three departments of training:
1. Foreign Language Training: general & corporate programs.
2. Business Seminars & Courses: on Finance, Sales/Marketing, Western Support Staff Skills, Time Management, Project Management, International Law, and many others.
3. Business Consulting Department: offering specialised training & guidance.
Our courses are always customised to client needs, and geared towards the environment where the training is going on. Our teachers are specialists, yet adaptable in taking on new and diverse teaching assignments for our clients. The training may take place in any of our facilities, including the Cyprus training centre.
Our Experience in Corporate Training
ABC's experience in corporate training goes back some eight years and includes setting up programmes for language courses (English, Russian, German, other), business courses (Finance, Management, Computers, Secretary), and other specialised training programmes for clients. Our client's needs have covered a wide spectrum of training, so thorough initial analysis has become a trademark at ABC.

ABC has set up training programmes for a wide range of clients including such international giants as ABB Corporation, DHL International, Reebok, TetraPak, Hewlett Packard, Novell Inc, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Hines Park Place. In each case we took the necessary time to get to know what kind of courses were needed, how to implement them in an expedient manner, and the best method for managing them efficiently on an ongoing basis.

A Premium Service - The Academy of International Business Collaboration prides itself in offering premium service to its clients. This service begins during the initial meetings with training managers and department heads, and finally with the students themselves.
As concerning language training, after a thorough personal analysis of each student's level, we submit initial reports of recommended groupings to management; we make a fastidious selection of teachers; manage the details in scheduling and choosing teaching materials; launch the new courses; do follow-up analysis after courses begin; make changes, coordinate and manage all groups; and finally conduct on-going examinations and progress reports with recommendations to students and management after each monthly period.
For business training and seminars, we follow a systematic method of intensive feedback & continuous evaluations aimed at reinforcing learning. The purpose of so much detail is simple. It is important for clients to get the most for their investment in a training programme. Our trainers work as closely as possible with each student to discover what motivates them individually to learn, then utilise that knowledge to keep them interested in going the next step in learning.
